customer center access issues...

Is there an issue with the customer center???

We're attempting to give access to one of our customers, however, no matter what we do...we receive the same message...:eek:

Your access to (company). has been deactivated. Please contact the company's administrator to re-activate your access.:mad:

Hmmmm....I'm the administrator....now what?
