Recurring Billing
We're looking at offering a new product to consumers/businesses. Currently we use 1shoppingcart.com because our other products are electronic products (password/keys required) and netsuite previously could not handle this capability. I do not know if any improvements have been made in the past year to do with this.
Our new product is a sale of reports/data that would tie to user accounts. Payments would be recurring, but users could change their level of service. Is there any way or suggestions on how netsuite could handle this? We only have the Small Business Version of Netsuite. Whenever I read "HELP", all I get is this is not possible with your version, so I cant see if it would do what I want without purchasing it.
