Store Tab Order

I am wondering if anyone knows how to modify the order in which tabs display? I can modify the categories under each tab no problem, but I have about 10 top level tabs (types "Welcome", "Presentation", "Shopping Cart", and "Customer Center"). I would like to change the order in which these tabs display at the top of my site.
