Web Options for NS Small Biz

I  cannot find any definitive information on the features I can purchase to enhance my Web Store in the Small Business version of NetSuite?  I've tried to contact my sales representaive, but he does not reply.  Does anyone know where I can get this information?  More specifically now I need to know if I have to upgrade to NetSuite to purchase the Advanced Site Customization, is that available for the Small Business version, and if not how much does it cost for an upgrade.
