Add to Cart Redirect

I spent about an hour on the phone last night with a polite NS customer service rep who ended up telling me NOTHING. I have this problem that I feel SHOULD be a part of NetSuite already, but apparently isn't.

Basically, I run my own store site. I can have the "view cart" open in an iframe, but when someone  clicks "add to cart," it tears them out of my site and onto my NetSuite site. As far as I can tell, the only two "add to cart" options on the NetSuite backend are "stay on the page" or "go to shopping cart." Can I send it to a custom URL instead? If so, how?
