Frequent Buyer Points

Has anyone developed within the NetSuite web store a customer program for them to earn, track and disburse frequent buyer points which can be used towards future purchases?

For example, I earn "Boxer Bucks" when I shop at http://www.mensunderwearstore.com [and yes, that IS me in the photos]; and I earn "Goal Club Points" when I shop at http://www.soccer.com.
