How can I hide Standard Statement Form?

Hi,

When customer logs in and clicks on Print Individual Statement under My Account page, they are given the opportunity to change the form to Standard even thought the Custom is preferred and comes default. I don't want Standard form to be used. Since it is not possible to make a standard form inactive, I thought there is another way that I don't know. Can someone please point me where to change these things?

I appreciate the help!
