Can't add a new Category (sub-cat of Products) to website

Anyone else unable to launch a new product on thier site? We created a new Category, set as a sub-category of Products tab. After clicking Save, progress wheels spin but page never loads. For 2 days now we've tried multiple browsers/machines on both Mac & PC.  Am i missing something, or is this thing broken?
