Credit Card holder's name in Chinese: corrupt

Has anyone ever received a payment from Asian customers (with Chinese name for instance)?
We are getting quite a lot, but the payment always gets rejected by Worldpay :mad: . We have contacted them and they say:
"For some reason, we dont seem to be able to read the Chinese characters from your netsuite cart."

If anyone knows how to get around this issue, it would really help us.

Otherwise we have uploaded the case#592336

(In China, most Cardholder's names are in Chinese characters)
