Customers can't view all categories on webstore

Since we were upgraded to 2007.0 on Saturday morning, some of the categories on our web store are not visible to our customers logged in using the customer center role.  The strange thing is, if you use Firefox more categories are visible then if you use IE.  I have logged a support call, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas for me.
