Can't Save Changes to Customer Records for Web Leads

We are unable to save changes to customer records for web leads. The error message "Passwords don't match." appears when we try to save any changes.

We are able to edit the records, however, in customer list views.

Edit Customer Record -> SAVE->Error message: Passwords don't match
