Customise Page Title ?? Help Please

Hi all,

In the past we have found the BEST way for SEO to work is to have a very descriptive Page Title.

Ideally we want the page title to automatically populate the following
Store Display Name
Manufacturer's Part Number (MPN)
Store Name

eg:
HP iPaq hx2490 Pocket PC (FA675B) - Organiser World Australia

In this example
Store Display Name = HP iPaq hx2490 Pocket PC
MPN = FA675B
Store Name = Organiser World Australia

If you cannot Automatically populate the above then just adding a custom string at the end would be good enough for now.

Has anyone got any ideas if this is possible??
