Site Analytics not Working

I have enabled Advanced Web Reports and Advnaced Site Customization, but when new leads sign in and I go to their records I am not recording anything, even the Date of First Visit and Last Visit. No other Fields on the marketing tab are filled out. I have had a case on this opened for several months with no reply. Does anyone else use this feature and do you have it working? Am I over looking a setup step here somewhere?
