Beta 2007 access

We got an email several weeks back telling us that we have beta access to v2007.  I keep trying to log into the Beta Site at https://system.beta.netsuite.com and it always says....

Scheduled maintenance is currently being performed on the system. Your account will be available at 12:01 AM PDT.



It has been saying that for many days.  Is anyone else having problems getting into their Beta account?
