Customer Center - Remove Portlets/Web Categories

Hi all,

I've posted customer center related posts all over the place. 

Currently, I am trying to weed out the Out of the Box "Customer Center" role that Netsuite gives us, and make a really simple one.  I ONLY want to list Sales Orders with the status of the order, and a link to the tracking number if already shipped.

I want to get rid of:

1.  The ugly portlet that shows up (atleast on my page) on the right 1/3 of the page

2.  The strange listing of all my website categories in a vertical column.

Any clues as to where I can edit this stuff?
