Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Website Offline for Maintenance Option
Netsuite has an option to "Take Web Site Offline for Maintenance," which as the name suggests, lets the owner "Take the website offline to perform maintenance."
However, there is a big problem. "Take Web Site Offline" takes it offline for every single individual including our ownselves, so that it effectively disables us from actually doing any "FRONTEND" maintenance that needs to be done. Other systems allow users access via a key to enter a site temporarily offline.
Netsuite apparently has no fix for this at this time (unbelievable). I was suggested the "Setup->Website->Redirect" option to redirect regular traffic, but allow those of us that use the "shopping.netsuite.com" address to still be able to see the frontend. At this time, I still haven't been able to make this work.
