Keywork Campaigns - I'm so confused!!!

We went through all the steps to create keyword campaigns in NS then updated our Google account with the new URLs for the landing pages eg

After running several tests , the Lead Source was not captured on the associated customer records or transactions and no data was available for the Reports:
Marketing -> Leads by Keyword Summary
Marketing -> Leads by Keyword Detail
Marketing -> Sales by Keyword Summary
Marketing -> Sales by Keyword Detail

I spoke with support this morning (case #609982) and was told that we need to add the Site Analytics Module for the reports to function. When I attended the NS Webinar last week on Keyword Marketing, I'm pretty sure they said that no upgrade was needed for these basic reports to function.
