Content Manager - Merchandise Management
As many have probably figured out, Netsuites new Content Manger is little more than a split screen with no new functionality. So now instead of using a custom search and "open in new window", we have a split screen. I expected to see some merchandise management software built in but it appears to be just more Netsuite misleading marketing.
We have categories with over 500 items in them. The only way to sort by top sellers is manually and it would take at least 20 hours...no kidding. Just clicking an item in a category requires a 10 to 30 second wait. We have dozens of categories and to manually update each category it would take hundreds of hours. Let's not kid ourself Netsuite, this poor system performance can only be classified as a bug.
