Allright im trying to setup a Email script (javascript or whatever) that acts like php's mail() function

However every single one i can find a tutorial for sends it through a program along the lines of outlook.

Is there a way to do this with netsuite (where the user dosnt have to be logged in?) or is it not possible.

I am about 99% sure that netsuite dosnt support PHP so i wont even bother with it. but is there a way to do it with javascript or html? that sends it in the browser and not via there email client..
