How do I find out what "Document Type" to declare?

In the NS 2007 there is a new feature where we can declare our DOCTYPE in the SEO section of the "Web Site Setup" section.

We have a custom site (www.reefgear.com) and need to find out what Document Type our site is. Does anyone know how to find this out?
