Customers Unable to Login

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hi, All:

Some old customers and some new customers(who registered, and assigned a password) reported unable to login with their computers from time to time. Screen says incorrect email or password. But they are all correct. And I tried from my computer it worked. Customers got frustrated and we lost lot of business. I'm not good at computer. Can any one help?
