Web Orders not going through... Major problem

NS create error message when customer wants to save an on line sales order.

This happens to orders with ship to addresses outside of your state tax agency. According to NS support the back end does not recognize the nontaxable and will reject the order.

After holding for 1 hour and 30 minutes on the gold support line, I spent another hours to create the issue # 619945 and the rep. attached it to an exisiting Issue 129766S and stated that it will be resolved by this coming Friday. But looking at the status of the issue it says it will be released in Q1 2008.
