Online Customer Forms and Cross-Domain Issue

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Hello community-
Am working on an Ajax implementation to submit an email address through an online customer form (created an email opt-in form and scraped the submit code from the page - https://forms.netsuite.com/...)  Our design was to have an email opt-in field on the footer of all website pages.  We were looking at using ajax to submit a user's entry w/o refreshing the page.  The problem is the URL is not the same domain as our hosted site - cross-domain security issues...doh...
Any thoughts on implementing this?
