No matter what account or address - all customer's get the following message at checkout...

There are no shipping methods available for your address. Please verify that your address is correct. If you continue to have problems, please contact us directly.

The case number is 623512.

As an e-commerce company this effectively shuts me down. I can only imagine the amount of money I'm going to lose today if this is not fixed quickly :-(
