Enabling affiliate sales and tracking?

Hi, everyone.
I'd really appreciate any help you can offer...

I recently inherited a NetSuite site and am slowly finding my way. The latest issue is that we want to offer an affiliate program. It seems that NS does come with one (the partner relationship management thing).

Can anyone please explain how to enable it, set up new affiliates, track their sales, etc.? If there's a help file on this somewhere I'd be just as happy with a link.
