SOLUTION To Blank Drop-Down Matrix Field
Hi All,
One thing I could never understand is why the matrix field where a customer selects the size or model they want on any give item is blank.
Most sites do something like "SELECT" so that the customer understands they have to select something or that there are multiple sizes.
Not a day goes by that we don't hear something like "I'm looking at your cages and it says you have 29 models but where do I find them".
Part of me understands that the blank matrix box could be overlooked but I would imagine most customers would get the fact that they have to select something.
