We use our website to effectively capture leads and information and then the business process takes place away from the website.

We send out sets of plans with quotes/products and quite often people want to get in touch after they have recieved the plans wanting extra copies or to replace lost copies.

What we would like to do is have a protected area (that they must login to) where they can download the files relevant to them.

I am thinking that maybe the customer centre is the place for this but I can't see where on a lead/prospect record we could attach a file, any ideas?
