urgent: NLCHECKOUTURL tag not working for me anymore... why not?

Go to www.bestamericanarts.com and click the "My Shopping Cart" tab.  The href="NLCHECKOUTURL" and it used to work...  did the recent update change this in any way or am I just missing something...

My tabs are a .gif with an image map linking to the tab URLs... view the source if you wish.

You can get to the shopping cart by adding and item to your cart, but that NLCHECKOUTURL link no longer works for some reason. Please help me get this working again quickly.
