Multiple images in information items

Is there a way to put multiple images in an information item. I would like to do step by step instructions on how to use products with images for each step.

Also, is there a way to have multiple pdf files listed in one information item so that any one can be selected and downloaded.This is for our MSDS sheets that are available to customers.
