Customer Registration Nesting

Just wondering if anyone uses nesting in their customer registration form?

We have three things we key off from our registration screen:

Occupation
Specialty/Area of Interest
Practice Setting

Each one of those is dependent on the one before it in the list so I'm trying to figure out a way to have the customer select an occupation, then have the specialty field change, then have the practice setting field change.

Is it even possible to do this within NS?
