Is a working shopping cart too much to ask?
Folks,
Since our account was provisioned, the shopping cart and my account tabs on the default webstore have not worked. Click on them and they do nothing. Netsuite acknowledge the problem and gave me a case ID nearly a month ago now, but I've seen no progress in actually fixing the issue. I haven't spoken to a single person who demonstrated any understanding of the problem, let alone could verbalize how/when it might be fixed.
Does anyone have any advice on how to be taken seriously? Despite all of the work we have put into Netsuite internally, we're considering canceling our implementation due to the absolute lack of response to this problem. I mean seriously, how can we launch a store based on technology that Netsuite can't seem to make work?
