How to accept wires and purchase order payment methods?

Folks,

We'd like to accept orders from customers who will pay by wire transfer, or by purchase order (Net 30 terms). I added them in Setup -> Accounting -> Accounting lists but on our web store I still only see:

VISA
Master Card
Discover
American Express
PayPal

Am I missing something, or can new customers not just roll up to our website and place an order with a PO or wire????
