Clients Can't Change Drop Down Filters in Customer Centre
Hey,
We have just set up our clients to be logging in to the customer centre so they can print off invoices etc.
However, when they go to the see all transactions link, they get their transactions but they can't change any of the drop down filters at the bottom. They get an error on the page. Investigation into the error gives the error as "access denied".
In the customer centre role i have perform search permission on full.
Has anyone else had this problem?
