Submit Button clicking twice?!

On my site, some people are having an issue where the submit button is clicked and acts like it's been clicked twice... the quantity in the shopping cart will sometimes show up as 2... but sometimes not... odd.

A similar phenomenon can be seen on my drilldowns that contain item options... if the option is mandatory and submit is clicked without choosing one, the error message (telling you to choose an option) will pop up twice often... see http://www.bestamericanarts.com/Shop/SiyehStudio/Medium-Round-Display-Piece-on-Grass-Stand

Can someone help me out here, I know HTML and CSS but don't know enough about NS's scripts to solve the problem myself.
