Help! Our web designer has let us down

Hi

The company that we used to design all the custom templates for our website has just let us down badly

I have a home page redesign project that needs to be completed by the end of the year readu for a big new campaign in 2008.

Spec is all ready.

Can anyone recommend a reliable company that has Netsuite technical skills plus design & graphics flair.
