Paid Keyword Ad Conversion Tracking

We run paid keyword ads with both Google and Yahoo. With our last site we simply added the code they provided to the order confirmation page.

Questions:

1. Can this be done with a NS hosted webstore?
2. If so, would there be anything different about the set up?
