Items with multiple options matirx items

Hi

My client runs a Netsuite website and they want to display multiple sizes for the products they sell. They don't have Advanced inventory and hence not the Matrix items. The advanced inventory is a big cost for them to pay just to display some size options for a few products they sell.

Is there any other way to somehow group together products with different sizes ?
