Delay?

Dear fellow Netsuiters,

As a newbie to NS I am confused over the process of publishing information through Netsuite. Specifically I would like to understand the underlying reason for delays in objects to become available after they are "published". Is there a particular process/order I should follow when designing a site?

What am I doing wrong? Expectation management???
