Changed a SEO URL and it won't update it

About 4 days ago I changed the URL Component for one of our categories.  I can access the category from the new URL; however, the breadcrumbs and catalog page still link to http://www.domain.com/s.nl/sc.2/category.131/.f instead of http://www.domain.com/seo-url.

That was 4 days ago!  How do I get the system to refresh it?
I also created a redirect that isn't working yet.  What gives?
