Worldpay integration stopped working (PMPPI.badAuthPassword) after upgrade?
Try and fulfill a sales order placed on the web store (using worldpay as provider)
Result:
PMPPI.badAuthPassword
Note 1: worldpay are one of the UK merchant processors supported by Netsuite.
Note 2: worldpay upgraded their systems this weekend - this problem is probably related to that. Please contact worldpay for more information.
I have also reported this problem to worldpay with the incident number '080211-000245'.
I have also reported this problem to netsuite with the case number 675481.
Is anybody else seeing this? I'm getting 'bad password' but I really really don't want to go around resetting passwords since this all worked fine on Friday - and 'authorisation' is working fine from the web store, just not fulfillment. I assume Netsuite have not upgraded their systems to match the worldpay upgrade.
