Restricting Returns access in Customer Center
We do not want our customers to be able to generate RMAs through our website's customer center/my account tab. How do we restrict/eliminate this option to customers?
I've tried customizing the customer center role by removing the Returns forms, but it doesn't seem to change anything.
We currently require all customers to login in order to make purchases and would like to keep this requirement. thanks
