Customer Center- Not allowing customers to enter item's ???

When Ever my customer's go into their Customer Center. The Customers Cannot enter item's number's or name to bring up item's for a sales order.

does anyone know why this might be?

We our about to shift our Business fully to netsuite, But I need to resolve these issues first.
