Gift Certificate Processing

Hello,

Simple question:

I finally got my gift certificates up and running, and I did a test order to myself. Now what happens? I received an email stating I would get an email shortly with the code. Will this be generated automatically by Netsuite, or does my team have to manually send an e-mail and/or gift certificate?

I found where the order is at Setup > Other Lists > Gift Certificates (is this the right place), but will any purchases of gift certificates show up in our daily online sales order lists, or do we have to go to the one mentioned above to check manually every day?
