Customer Center (Am I Menatally Handicapped?)
To begin I am a long time listener first time caller.
I know all of the basics of how to set a customer up and also set permissions.
These are the problems I am encountering:
1. I am unable to change the nomenclature used in the customer center. i.e. Contact Support does not work for our company, something like Service Request or Trouble Ticket would be much better suited.
Do any of you have experience with changing these names?
2. I managed to create a serial number database search and was successful in publishing it to the CC. However it is a full list and takes to much time to load. I have published individual saved searches to the CC. I want to be able to make multiple saved searches drawn from different entities and publish them to the CC and have it recognize the customer who is signed in. I have 2000 customers and creating 9 separate searches for each of them is just not an option.
