Shipping estimator pop-up size control?

We were getting customers that would say "we only see ground and we need 2nd day shipping" after using the "Shipping Estimator".   We added some text to the "Shipping Estimator pop-up" using the "customize text" feature.  

Anyhow, the pop up window is now too small and it cuts off the "submit" button.  How can we control the size of the pop-up window?  We need to make it bigger.
