Optimization Report To Improve conversion Rates

Hello All,

So I already have requests in with support, but figured I see if any of you have a work around. We would like a report that measures web sales by hour. The report is needed to see what times sales are happening to optimize PPC campaigns. Apparently our in house team feels that if we could provide them with this information they could improve conversion %. Unfortunately Netsuite does not have a report that provides this information. Or do they?

Lastly I would like to measure the amounts of transaction that happen by state currently Netsuite only has a report that measures by $.
