Multiple Invoice Forms

we are operating multipl websites with 1 netsuite instance. Each site has a different Sales Order form that is branded with that's sites information. The issue I am having is that when we convert the Sales Orders to Invoices I need the Invoices to branded the same as the Sales Order. Right now, they all default to the Preferred Invoice Form. I can create the other branded Invoice forms but I have no way of setting netsuite so that when a sales order from site X is invoiced, use invoice form X. Any ideas?
