Display a list of contacts for the logged in customer.

I'm hoping to display a list of custom contact fields for the logged in customer.  Can anyone think of a way to display contact fields in an item template format so that a customer with multiple contacts would see a list of contacts formatted nicely when they are logged in?  This could be in a custom tab or in the 'my account' customer center.

I was thinking a published saved search might work but I'm not sure how I'd select the logged in customer as a parent for the contact.

PS: One of the fields is an image.
