Help Editing the "My Account" Screen

If anybody knows how to remove and add links on the "My Account" screen, please let me in on the secret. I tried to search the forum, but to no avail.

Also, When I press the "see orders" and the "see estimates" links, they show nothing.

If you know what template is used for the "My account" screen. Please let me know.
