Freight/boxing issues

Ok, so here are some of our issues. We have different products (4 types of hardware and software). Our customers often purchase multiples of one item or some of each. We were originally directed to set up different box sizes so that we could tell NS how many can fit in one box. Well, then it boxes everything separately even though different scanners can fit in a box. So, we turned off all boxes. However, now NS doesn't know when to start putting them in different boxes for shipping. This means we are losing money when someone orders 15+ units,
